The Way We Use Information

Troupe members and/or their parents/guardians are asked to provide certain personal information when they sign up for the play, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, etc. The personal information collected from members during meetings or online forms is used only for communication associated with play production. This information is not shared with third parties.

Occasionally the ECMS Theatre Troupe may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personal information to appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose personal information upon the receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. The ECMS Theatre Troupe fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.

Responses to Email Inquiries

When visitors or members send email inquiries to the ECMS Theatre Troupe, the return email address is used to answer the email inquiry we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
